One Tough Cookie is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to provide support and encouragement through care packages, peer-to-peer support groups, music, comedy, faith, wellness programs and charitable events to those starting cancer treatment and their caregivers. Everything we provide is in hopes to give some type of comfort during this difficult time and to remind them that they have people rooting for them throughout their journey.

    "Start Where You Are!" is a slowly progressing strength training class. Progress from very simple bodyweight-only movements to exercises using light handheld weights. Modifications will be available to accommodate all levels. Techniques on how to improve balance will also be discussed.
