One Tough Cookie will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by One Tough Cookie, both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the One Tough Cookie website and any future mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
What security precautions are taken to protect my credit card information?
One Tough Cookie uses Give Lively, our fundraising platform, which uses Stripe, a secure, industry-leading credit card transaction processing service to process all credit card information managed by our apps and services. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 -- the highest standard of compliance available. You can find more information on Stripe's security overview page.
