"Start Where You Are" Fitness with Sally Braid

"Start Where You Are!" is a slowly progressing strength training class. Progress from very simple bodyweight-only movements to exercises using light handheld weights. Modifications will be available to accommodate all levels. Techniques on how to improve balance will also be discussed.

About the Event

For this class you will need a straight backed chair, whatever weights or resistance bands you may have at home, a mat, sneakers, water and comfortable clothing.
