Progressive Strength Training - Start Where You Are! (1)
"Start where you are!" is a slowly progressing strength training class. Progress from very simple bodyweight-only movements to exercises using light handheld weights. Modifications will be available to accommodate all levels. Techniques on how to improve balance will also be discussed.
