About the Event
A safe space for women dealing with cancer treatment and the anxiety that can come with it, to come together to give and receive support. Gentle and effective guided meditation and mindfulness practices will also be taught to help manage stress and pain.
This group will be held every Wednesday, 6pm to 7pm, for 4-weeks (2/12th - 3/4th). Please RSVP, space is limited.
